The travel agents here clearly do not know how to do their jobs. My mother booked a flight to Taiwan a year ago to visit her family; she likes to go through Asian businesses because they are more likely to speak Chinese. Anyway, the agent forgot to enter in her ticket, so my mother ended up having to buy the ticket at the airport for a ridiculous fee. This year, my mother (who still hadn't learned her lesson) went back to Unique Travel. The travel agent, Eugenia Chu, booked her flight with an undetermined return date. Then, she calls this house while my mother is still in Taiwan to say that my mother will be charged a $250.00 penalty for not returning by December 10th. She called December 16th. The woman had a lot of nerve. Don't ever use these people - not only did she not express regret for her agency's mistake last year, she basically told me my mother was stupid for trying to give her business another try. What a b****."
