About 3 months ago, I recently had a car accident and my BMW was rear ended by a truck. At first, I started feeling neck pain but not night starting getting pretty bad headaches and shoulder pain. I went to my primary care doctor and she referred me to Dr. Huynh at Axis/Sea View Rehabilitation Center.

While at his office he took a history and xrays, and from what he told me, I had suffered a "whiplash" injury. He explained because of the severity of the impact I had developed inflammation and my xrays revealed a "reduced curve" I believe he said. Normally, a spine has curvuture to it, but because of the accident and the reaction of tightened muscles in and around the joints was causing this reduced curve. He said the headaches were related to my accident also.

Consequently, he put me on a treatment plan that had me coming in 2 times a week for about 6 weeks. I had never been to a chiropractor before, but I think what he did was pretty cool. He would do a chiropractic adjustment to my neck, he stretched it out, later he would have his therapist put help me with stretches, etc. I also received soft tissue massage there once a week which seemed to help a lot with my pain also. I am prescribed exercises and stretches now to continue my improvement

In about 3 months after my accident Dr. HUynh had ordered new xrays and we viewed them in his office together. He put my old xrays up and compared my new one takened just 2 months ago and I kid you not, the curve in my neck was restored. My headaches are also went away...I was also very irritable after the accident and now I'm just realizing it, but that seemed to go away too.

I really recommend Dr. Huynh at Axis to everyone out there. He is really an honest, compassionate, and stand up guy.

No wonder my medical doctor recommended me to him, she knows that he is the best at what he does!
